Weird how dragon!EVE was harder to design than dragon!WALL-E. This requires a bit of explaining...
Okay, so at first, I was going to give EVE wings, front arms, and back legs. Partway through drawing the picture, I showed it to my little sister, and she commented that EVE shouldn't have back legs. It was then I remembered that the original EVE's arms also functioned as wings, so I erased the wings and just left her arms in, and continued trying to draw her back legs. Unfortunately that didn't quite work out so well, so I just omitted the back legs entirely. I think she looks best this way. The idea of a dragon with only wings and no other limbs might seem strange, but I've seen it done before; if you've ever seen the Dragonology book, there's a dragon like this there.
Okay, so... the tips of her "fins" can separate into four claws, similar to her original design (but with fingers rather than claws; the only difference here is that the claws have sharp points, as opposed to the fingers that have round points). If those merge back with the front part of her "arm," though, and both pieces of her "arms" merge together, they can split again into three different, thinner pieces, which make up her wings. I know that's kindof hard to follow, but I'll draw a picture of her in flight later so you'll be able to understand what I mean, murhur.
She has a "neck," but it's only really a blue blur that shows the limits of how far her head can move from her body. If I get a color pic up, this will be easier to see.
I'm not too happy with her tail... It's supposed to be flexible, but I'm not sure how that would work... though I just now got an idea for how to do her tail in a different way that makes more sense. WOO!
As for her ion cannon, I was originally going to put that in her tail since there's obviously no room for it in her arms/wings, but since I'm changing the tail it won't work that way either. I think I might just give her a hidden "mouth" that she can fire ion cannon blasts out of, so she'd look like a dragon that breathes fire or something to that effect.

Also, neat design. I wanna see what this new idea for the tail will be, though.
